Agree the concepts, revision scope, drawings, samples and files included. Confirm any design or development charges before that work begins.
Product & personalisation
Specify dimensions, materials, finish, quantity, award categories and recipient artwork. Review sensitive details against the approved sample.
Packaging & delivery
Include the box, fitted interior, cards and transport protection you need. Confirm destination, timing and the quotation currency.
Common questions
Can I send a reference from another design?
Yes, a reference can communicate the style or effect you like. Tell us which details matter so the studio can develop a suitable direction for your own identity.
Do you provide editable design files or mould ownership?
File deliverables, usage rights, mould ownership and storage arrangements need to be agreed in the project scope; they are not automatically implied by a product order.
